2015 to Present: Partner in Merchant Service Sales organization. Managed marketing, sales and client intake for business credit card processing accounts. Established relationships with both large and small processing companies to cover all our clients needs.
2012 to 2014: Provided consulting services for marketing and management of Solar Equipment sales and Auto Warranty sales.
January 2011 to 2012: Legal referral service. Provided multi-state marketing services for various law firms. Duties included initial client contact, intake applications and document review.
June 2009 to December 2010: Gibson Ferrin, PLC / Loss Mitigation Processing. Managed the loss mitigation processing department for a local law firm. Provided marketing, client intake, document review and processing management.

Designated Broker, manage and control all day to day activities of the business and sales associates. Manage relationships with asset managers, provide “Broker Price Opinions”, and listing services for lender owned properties.
1991 to 2005: JAD Realty, Inc.: Designated Broker / CEO: Jointly owned and operated real estate business and managed in excess of 250 licensed agents. Licensed Designated Broker. Duties included but not limited to: management of day to day business, office policy and procedure for compliance with state law, client representation issues, marketing, agent education/training, other subjects as they relate to the daily business and risk management of real estate sales. Specialized training in the sale of HUD, VA, FNMA, Freddie Mac and other lender owned properties.
1985 to 1991: All Sav, Inc.: (Started new real estate company). Designated Broker / Owner: Managed Company with duties that included Designated Broker, recruiting, training, advertising, compliance with state regulatory agency (Arizona Department of Real Estate) and all day to day business requirements.
